Terms

Terms & Conditions

Last updated October 2026

These terms apply whenever you book or receive appliance repair from Appliance Repair Corinth in Corinth, Texas. Booking a visit means you accept them.

The service

We repair residential appliances in your home: washers and dryers, fridges and freezers, dishwashers, ovens and cooktops. All work is carried out at the service address you give us.

Booking and arrival windows

When you book, we give you an arrival window. Technicians aim to arrive within it; if an earlier job runs long or traffic intervenes, we’ll let you know.

Diagnosis and price

The technician diagnoses the appliance on site and gives you the price of the repair before any work begins. Nothing is done without your approval.

  • Approve the repair, and the diagnosis is included in the price
  • Decline it, and only the service call fee quoted at booking is due

Parts

We install OEM parts. When a part needs to be ordered for your model, we order it once you approve the repair and agree on a time for the return visit. Delivery times depend on the manufacturer.

Payment

You pay when the job is finished, unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing. The technician confirms the accepted payment methods during the visit.

Warranty

Completed repairs are covered for 90 days on parts and labor. The details are on our warranty page.

Cancellations

Canceling or moving a visit needs three business hours’ notice through a live agent, and a reduced $125 fee applies otherwise. See the cancellation policy for the full terms.

Your part

  • Have an adult aged 18 or over present for the whole visit
  • Give the technician safe, clear access to the appliance, with pets secured
  • Describe the appliance and the fault as accurately as you can
  • Warn us before the visit about anything hazardous at the property

Stopping or declining work

The technician may decline or stop a job when it isn’t safe to continue, for example with a gas leak, damaged wiring or a hazardous work area. We will always explain the reason.

Limitation of liability

We answer for the repair we perform, as described in our warranty. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, faults unrelated to our work, or problems caused by misuse or normal wear. As far as the law allows, the most we can owe on any claim is what you paid for the repair concerned.

Governing law

Texas law governs these terms and any dispute about our services.

Updates

We may revise these terms. The version on this page, with the date shown at the top, is the one in effect.
